What is Jerk? This is a seasoning blend that originated in Jamaica and is used primarily in the preparation of grilled meat or fish. The ingredients can vary but it is generally a combination of hot peppers, thyme, spices, garlic and onions. King Pepper Products is famous for its formula of Jerk Seasoning and has added to its line Jerk Sauce, Jerk Barbecue Sauce and Jerk Tomato Ketchup. 	Eaton's Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - Hot Made with a blend of scallion, hot peppers, thyme, garlic, pimento (allspice) and other natural ingredients. Used to flavour meats and fish, followed by cooking over a slow burning fire or baking in the oven. For best results, marinate meats in jerk seasoning for at least ½ and half hour before cooking.
